Sign our open letter to ABC to renew ‘The River’ for a second season
Hopefully, it’s not too late, but Hollywood Soapbox started a campaign on March 7 to bring back The River, the ABC series that has pulled in weak ratings, but has still earned a loyal following. With the series finale complete, now is the most important time to voice your opinion.

I love this show! I hope there’s a second season!
My husband and I will be devastated if this show does not come back for another season especially since there was a totally open ending with so many questions still unanswered! Please don’t kill this show, it deserves to live!
Please, please, please ABC renew The River! I normally don’t watch too much network tv since I’m not a big fan of reality tv or mainstream comedy. The River, however, seemed to be an innovative, smart, creative new show. I was “hooked” immediately. It was one of two shows that I had to watch immediatly instead of just saving it to my dvr. I loved how it ended & would hate not knowing what happens next. Please, please, please don’t leave us hanging!

So, I am finding every petition I can sign for the River. It is way more worthy of a second season than any of the other new prime time shows. The acting and plot are incredible!! I can’t stop thinking about the River.

PLEASE RENEW The River! I am very picky with what I decide to watch on tv. I thought this was an interesting show and after watching, I’m luving it! It’s right up my alley, what I like and I’m interested in. It’s suspenseful, unique, keeps me wanting to watch the next show. The story is inviting and the characters are very likable. I hope to see many more seasons or I’ll have to start all over trying to find another show to watch! :[
