Fans of the hit CW series, The Vampire Diaries, will have a rare chance to meet and greet the cast of the show at Creation Entertainment’s upcoming Nashville convention. The weekend event will take place at the Gaylord Opryland Resort at 2800 Opryland Drive in Nashville.

Among the celebrities expected to attend: Paul Wesley, Zach Roerig, Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies, David Anders and Michael Trevino.

In addition to autograph signings and photo ops with the stars, Creation will host a vampire cocktail party and centerpiece contest ($69), plus presentations from VampireDiariesOnline.com, a costume parade and trivia game.

A Gold Weekend Package costs $299, which includes reserved seating, autographs with all of the stars, admission to an exclusive panel discussion with the celebrities and admission to the vampire party.

One step below this is the Preferred Weekend Package, which costs $169 and includes everything in the Gold package, except admission to the panel and parties.

Fans can also go for the cheap option: General-admission tickets cost $20 on Saturday or $30 on Sunday.

Tickets are available online (see link at end of story) or at the door.

If you don’t have autographs included in your ticket package, you’ll need to purchase separate tickets. Wesley charges $60, while Morgan goes for $40. The rest of the cast members ask for $20-$30 each. Remember: At Creation conventions, fans need to bring something to the table for the actor to sign. There will be a vendors room with plenty of merchandise and 8×10 photos on sale.

Photo ops with Wesley cost $89, while everyone else is in the $40-$60 range. If you’re looking to take multiple pictures with the stars, consider joint photo ops, which will save you a few clams. For a few extra bucks, you can own the original JPEG file of the photo.

Hilly and Hannah Hindi, of The Hillywood Show, will host the convention. They are frequent hosts of Creation’s successful Twilight events.
